The program is designed to help graduates prepare to pursue such careers as Arbitrators, Legal Consultants, Labor Relations Managers, Conflict Management Specialists, Integration Managers and many others. As with other Colorado Tech Online degree programs, students can earn a rsum-enhancing Professional Certificate with no additional courses or costs. The MBA with a concentration in Mediation and Dispute Resolution includes a Professional Certificate in Business Administration. Enrolled students will be required to earn Advanced Practitioner of Mediation (APM) certification through IADR Global before enrolling in the Capstone I course. Those who have previously earned APM certification will receive 12 credits towards the completion of this career-focused program. For convenience, APM certification courses can also be taken on the Colorado Tech Online Virtual Campus.
